#PD, Inc. is the fastest growing third party delivery and logistics company in americaRouter -Full and Part Time Evenings and Saturday ShiftSummary: This position is responsible for handling inquiries, requests and service concerns for 3PD customers, clients and business partners.

The Router / CSR diagnoses, assesses, researches and resolves issues using available computer systems and other resources.

The Router/ CSR may also handle duties related to planning and scheduling deliveries and delivery routes.

Afternoons, evenings and Saturday shift with hours ranging between 1 PM and 10 PM. (Availability in working PM hours up to 10 pm is essential).

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities include: Providing assistance by telephone to customers and business partners concerning product deliveries, returns, and exchanges.

Diagnosing assessing and resolving problems or issues timely within the established Level of Service.

Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Communicating with customers when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders.

Developing delivery schedules and route plans to facilitate rapid and efficient deliveries to customers under limited time constraints.

Receiving and entering phone and fax orders.

Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.).Monitoring progress of delivery routes throughout the US and Canada.

Tracking returned product, and short shipments.

Issuing client billing, invoicing, and credits.

Completing forms and determining necessary changes for service requested.

Obtaining customer feedback information.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Required Knowledge Basic knowledge of business computer use is required: Internet/World Wide Web, E-mail and Microsoft Office or other business software.

Proficiency in Excel is strongly desired.

Bilingual English/ Spanish is desired.

Typing, personal computer use and telephone use. Strong customer service skills; ability to diffuse client frustrations.

Good visual object skills for delivery route planning using mapping software.

Ability to communicate to customers, co-workers and management in a professional/courteous manner.

Exceptional attention to detail oriented tasks.

Ability to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve issues, build delivery routes, navigate between dual monitors, familiarity with time zones, etc.Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

Ability to handle stressful situations resulting from high volume of phone calls, technical problems, frustrated customers and changes in departmental priorities or procedures.

Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations.

Typing, ability to use personal computers and telephones.

Ability to be seated at a computer workstation for extended periods.

Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Required Experience One year experience in a customer service-oriented is strongly desired.

Experience in a call center environment is a plus.

Experience with routing is a plus.

Experience working with personal computers and business applications is required.

Required Education or Certification High school diploma or GED is required.
