This person will be able to work with various departments and functions to pull operational data and drivers into regular reports and working models to predict and monitor the business. Collaborate with business partners to develop achievable budgets and track to their budgets.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of a Bachelors Degree is required with a major in Accounting or Finance is preferred. CPA, MBA and CMA is preferred. Minimum of three years progressive experience in finance and accounting is required. A track record of successfully delivering analysis that drives tactical and strategic decision making. Experience with online traffic and advertising reporting using tools such as SAP or Hyperion Essbase. Ability to work with large amounts of information and synthesize relationships, trends and insights and communicate findings to an executive audience. Strong proficiency in Excel and common database reporting tools, and technical proficiency building complex models. Strong interpersonal skills.
