This position requires a broad base of skills in project management, copy writing and editing as well as multi-media content production.

Hands-on skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite design and production applications are desired.

The Producer may also direct free-lance writers, photographers, illustrators and videographers.

Acting as a consultant to internal clients throughout the Partners HealthCare system, the producer will be proactive in helping departments and programs to most effectively utilize the web channel.

This includes idea generation and execution of related creative assets either independently or working with freelancers (depending on the project), but always in conjunction with clients.As a key member of a small and highly active Corporate Marketing team, the Web Content Producer will be expected to take on a variety of marketing and web related roles and tasks as needs develop and priorities change.

Project work experience should be focused on content development and management.

Health care or consumer product/service experience preferred.

Large, complex company experience highly preferred2 Experienced web writer/editor with exceptional skills (writing sample/portfolio will be requested).

Strong oral skills also important, including strong presentation skills3 At least two years experience developing and editing multimedia/online content.
