You will be working at our factory showcase store and will have a great opportunity to drive sales and develop long-term customer rapport. The ideal candidate will have commission based retail fashion experience and previous work experience in upscale/trendy retail stores. We definitely want people from a fashion background with a passion for our product and an understanding of our customers. You should be confident, well presented and have the passion to deliver first class customer service! Hours will vary. The store location is in Santa Monica. Duties: IN-STORE – Open & Close POS System / Cash Box / CC Machine Each Day – Sell, Sell, Sell â Talk with and interact with every customer that comes into the store. Up-sell, describe products, help the customer, offer suggestions, etc. – Clean (Windows, Floors, Mirrors, Fixtures) – Organize Store Items (Size Order, Hanger Clean-Up, etc.) – Re-Stock, Sticker, Tag – Answer inbound phone calls with questions – Develop a list of regular customer leads to follow-up with via email and phone, when new items are released MANAGEMENT – Provide merchandising direction to store staff – Supervise store personnel- lead by example – Train, motivate and develop store staff to the next level – Use labor management tools, including staff scheduling, to maximize productivity – Monitor sales and stock inventories – Communicate with both the store, district, and corporate teams – Provide Loss Prevention for your location Please email your resume, along with salary requirements and date you are available to start working.
