Applicant must work at the hospital.

Must have a degree in Accounting.

Must have at least three years experience in bookkeeping.

Must know Quickbooks and Excel.

Will work closely with practice owner.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Accounts Payable (for two corporations)Balance checkbooks (for two corporations)Coding InventoryCreate and understand Financials (for two corporations)Create and understand Chart of Accounts (for two corporations)Create and understand practice billing program and codesBalance monthly close out during billingPayrollUnderstand payroll quarterly reportsWork with CPA (for two corporations) Must be able to create statistical information and budgets for owner.

The position will report to the regional CFO, managing a growing finance team covering the following:

•Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
•Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statement
•Coordinating activities of external auditors
•Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
•Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
•Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
•Hiring, training and retaining competent accounting staff
