THIS IS A CO-OP POSITION AND ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE REGISTERED FULLTIME STUDENTS. WebSphere Business Modeler Level 2 Customer Support Engineer. Person will work closely with an existing support engineer located in Raleigh to come up to speed on a new version 6 release of WebSphere Business Modeler. Once comfortable the individual will work closely with our worldwide team assisting in the problem solving, resolution and communication with our customers experiencing issues. Windows XP, Microsoft Excel; Understanding of Program Logic and Design; Object Oriented Programming; Java; Troubleshooting/Problem Solving; Modeling or Understanding of Modeling (UML, Visio, etc. are a few samples); Communication Skills; and Teaming/Working with others.
