REGIONAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER (West Coast): This position is responsible for managing all direct merchandising activities within the West Coast region. Responsibilities include meeting and/or exceeding projected merchandising and sales goals for the Region while assisting each market to achieve their own. In addition, this position is responsible for supervising multiple Market Supervisors and drives account development.
Regional Managers receive a base salary of $70k to $75k (DOE) plus a quarterly bonus. Average first year earnings $84k to $90k+! * 8 to 10 years of merchandising sales experience.
* Superb selling, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
* 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a multiple market merchandising environment.
* College degree required.
* Advanced computer skills.
* Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
* Must currently live in the greater San Francisco area.
* Occassional overnight travel is required.
* Must have valid driver’s license.
* Drug free environment. Backgrounds will be verified.
