Primarily responsible for the on-going monitoring and management of the credit portfolio and contributes to the underwriting of client transactions. Analyzes client operating performance and financial condition, proactively identifies issues and opportunities and recommends risk mitigation. Responsible for monitoring and managing credit quality and data integrity. Performs appropriate sponsorship review and project monitoring by analyzing client and market information. Determines financial and project compliance and provides analysis summary into appropriate management systems. Contributes to due diligence and credit approval package production. Delivers financial, industry and economic analyses and other activities to facilitate decision making. Responsible for adherence to credit policies, guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements. Requires strong communication and analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting and loan structuring. Position may be filled as Product Delivery Officer I and also as a Band 4 or 5. Required Skills: “Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified. Must be able to analyzes commercial real estate client operating performance and financial conditions. Must have experience monitoring and managing credit quality and data integrity.STRONG CREDIT SKILLS are a must. 5+ years of underwriting commercial real estate new project debt structures. Must be able to structure transactions; negotiate deal terms with the client and with internal Risk Management; and close the transaction.
