Qualifications

*Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and/or the American Physical Therapy Association) and meet any additional qualifications as stated in state homecare regulations

*Minimum of six months of acute care or homecare experience

*Knowledge of orthopedic conditions including post-surgical diagnoses preferred

*Current licensure/certification in the state of practice and current CPR certification

*Good organizational and communications skills

*Ability to function with minimal supervision
