POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance of MultiPlan?s practitioner databases, i.
e., MP3, Practitioner Recruiting and Practitioner Group Recruiting.
Practitioner Specialists add and edit participating practitioner records as required by MultiPlan?s credentialing standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Inputs new data for practitioners added to MultiPlan network through individual contracts and newly acquired group contracts.
Maintains changes to current practitioner files, including practitioner terminations.
Obtain missing data and update practitioner profiles relating to both practitioner directory and credentialing orphans.
Research/respond to adhoc requests (e.
g., status checks) from both internal and external customers including updating practitioner profiles according to operational guidelines.
Completes special projects as assigned by department manager, which includes both telephonic and electronic investigative workupRequirements: Strong attention to detail Ability to write in a clear/concise manner and communicate effectively High level of accuracy with regard to data entry and analysis Ability to function as a team player as well as independently Experience with standard Microsoft applications Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experienceMultiPlan is a Equal Opportunity Employer.
